SECTION 20 - DURATION OF MAKING THE PRODUCT
You agree that the duration for making your product can take up to a maximum of 3 months. The average duration ranges from 6 to 12 weeks. Waiting times may be longer during holiday periods or due to order complexity. The waiting period may also be affected by factors such as low hardware stock. Each piece is individually handcrafted and may be recast if it does not meet the maker’s standards.
SECTION 21 - CHANGES TO ORDER AFTER CONFIRMATION
You agree that a $50 administrative fee will be charged for any changes made after confirmation. Once your inclusions are received and confirmed by us, no further changes can be made. You agree that your order and all information provided are correct and accurate, and you will not hold Latche liable for any discrepancies.
SECTION 22 - SELF-COLLECTION/PERSONAL INCLUSION DELIVERY
You agree that all inclusions will be delivered via mail/registered mail/drop off to the address of Blk 879 Woodlands street 82 #10-26 S730879. Upon completion, the product will be delivered to you via courier/self-collect/ delivery. You will not hold Latche liable for any loss during delivery.
SECTION 23 - DISCOUNTS, PROMOTIONS, AND LUCKY DRAW
You agree that all discounts, promotions, and lucky draws cannot be combined with other offers.
SECTION 24 - FREE GIFTS, FREE ACCESSORIES, AND OTHER FREE ITEMS
You agree that all free gifts are provided on a goodwill basis and do not influence your purchase decision. Free gifts are subject to availability, and Latche reserves the right to replace, remove, or swap any free gifts.
SECTION 25 - PICTURES OF FINISHED PRODUCTS
You agree to allow Latche to take pictures of your finished product for marketing purposes in any form we prefer.
