All completed items will be shipped using trackable courier services (Ninja Van/J&T) or Delivery by us. Upon dispatch of your item, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the official website of the courier company to monitor your shipment.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Local (Singapore): Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.
3. Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for shipping issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
4. Lost Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost during transit:
Report to Courier: Contact the courier company (Ninja Van/J&T) to confirm the lost parcel status.
Provide Documentation: Send us a screenshot of the lost parcel confirmation from the courier company.
5. Disputed Deliveries
If the courier company marks your package as delivered but you dispute receiving it:
Contact Courier: You must resolve the issue directly with the courier company.
Request Documentation: Obtain a "denial of service" receipt from the courier, confirming they acknowledge the parcel was lost or stolen.
Forward to Us: Once you provide this documentation, we will remake and ship your item again.
