Our Process
Collection of Your Breastmilk/Elements
We require only 10–15ml of breastmilk per item. Please label your breastmilk storage bag with your full name and order number.
Double-bag your breastmilk using a separate storage bag for added protection. If you are sending it through mail, use a padded envelope.
Please store your dry elements in a separate zip lock bag, kept apart from your breastmilk, to avoid any leakage.
Please DO NOT send your breastmilk in cooler bags or with ice packs as cold chain storage is not required.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate same day Pickup/Delivery. Our Pickup/Delivery will be made within a time range, not an exact time. It’s usually between 5–8pm, unless stated otherwise.

Your milk is clearly labeled with a unique order number, so it’s always handled with care and respect.
